Meet the Team
Cathleen Pezzano
Cathleen has always had a passion for organization. 1 of 5 children, Cathleen took it upon herself to serve as the cleaning lady for her 4 siblings. She blames her inner OCD for the meticulous way she kept her bedroom until she moved in with husband and co-owner Mark. After 20 years of teaching pre-school and nannying for neighbors the last 10 years, Cathleen decided to put her organizing talent to work for others.
Cathleen is the owner of C&C Organizing. She lives in Bucks County with her husband, Mark, and their two kids.
Christine Kennedy
With four girls and a husband, Christine has plenty to organize! When she’s not being a stay-at-home mom, Christine helps Cathleen schedule appointments and organize homes in Bucks and Montgomery counties. Her husband also owns a digital marketing agency in Philadelphia.
Mark Pezzano
Mark is the co-owner and muscle behind C&C Organizing. His sense of organization stems from his military background, which has caused even his to-do lists to be organized. When he’s not working for law enforcement, Mark is there to lend a hand for projects that require heavy lifting.
